Shipping

We offer free shipping for all our coffee products. Our standard shipping method is through USPS First Class Mail, which typically takes 1-5 days for delivery. Please note that expedited shipping options are not available at this time. However, we reserve the right to use alternative carriers at our discretion.

Orders are usually fulfilled, roasted, and shipped within 48 hours of placement.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays, including New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Orders placed before or during these holidays will be processed and shipped following the holiday.

At the moment, we only ship within the United States. However, we are actively working on developing an international fulfillment policy. We will update our policy accordingly once international shipping becomes available.

We proudly ship to military APO addresses. We appreciate your service!

Each package is insured, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.

 

Quality Policy

At Cerca Coffee Roasters, we have a 100% money-back guarantee policy. Our goal is to deliver freshly roasted specialty coffee within days of roasting at the highest level of quality and efficiency possible. We can ensure our level of quality because we are the roast house. There’s no middleman fulfilling your order, so outside of weather conditions slowing down shipping, we can guarantee your roast time and shipping. If we ever fall short of this policy, we’ll replace your order quickly. Specifically, If we sent you the incorrect order or if you received a poorly roasted batch of coffee, we’ll replace your order immediately. Simply email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@CercaCoffee.com.

Private Label Store Owners

If you or your customer accidentally ordered the wrong coffee, we cannot refund or replace your items. As items are custom labeled and roasted, we cannot replace your item, as there is an added cost that is no fault to us.

If we sent you the incorrect order or if you received a poorly roasted batch of coffee, we’ll replace your order immediately. Simply email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@cercacoffee.com. Please include a photo and a detailed description of the issue.

If there is an issue with shipping (USPS)… the package arrived later than expected due to weather, package theft, damage in the shipping process, or the customer claims they did not receive their order, please make a claim with the post office. If so, you are responsible for paying for a new replacement order. When doing so, please email us ahead of time, and we’ll provide you with a discount code to help ease the burden. If this becomes a recurring issue, we have the right to cancel your store/account as deemed necessary.

 

Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item.

No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.

Note: Errors occur infrequently, but if they do happen, we’ll work with you to find the best and fastest solution to support your customers.

Coffee Roasters Coffee uses a standard procedure for logging and logging website traffic. Most websites use the same procedure, and hosting companies typically offer this service. Part of the analytics services hosting companies offer includes relaying this information. The data collected by logs from web servers typically include browser types, IP Addresses, dates and times stamps, Internet Service Providers, referring and exit pages, and website click data. This information is used for administering the website, examining trends, tracking users' habits, and collecting demographic information.

After installing our application on your Shopify eCommerce platform, Shopify grants us access to manage your orders and products, including viewing, editing, updating, and removing products. Not only do we collect personal information about you and your customers when you install our app, but we also obtain additional data.
